Adam Turner, in today’s Age, has written an article on Do you rip movies to avoid the scratched disc tax? The article discusses one of the anomalies under the current law in which you are allow to make a copy of CD that you own but not of a DVD. Adam poses the question as to whether this issue will be address in the ALRC’s review on copyright.
